Tokyo Disney is very similar to Disney World. A few of the rides are different, but the layout is the same, and they still use English for the decorations in the rides and while waiting in line. Fortunately, I went during one of five days out of the year, where, in celebration of New Years, you get to see the characters dressed in Japanese clothing.
