In Japan, fire drills don't stop after you run out to the field and get bored, the firefighters actually come and give useful demonstrations on fire safety. Here you see Kita Junior High and Elementary students learning how to use a fire extinguisher.

A small sample of my English teachings. All of the kids were saying "see you" like robots, so I had to teach them "see ya" and other casual phrases to use with me. I also had to teach them that "See you yesterday" doesn't make sense.

My teacher asked me to make cake, mead, salad, and a plate out of construction paper for an English dialogue, so I decided to throw in my attempt at Japanese sarcasm.
Translation of what's written on the cake and meat that you can barely see:
Cake: Papercake, itadakimasu (thanks for the food-ish saying that Japanese people always say before they eat).
Meat: Papermeat: 80% newspaper, 20% construction paper, Delicious!

A poster I made to teach them about Halloween. It's got 3 pictures of me and my sister in costumes from when we were little. It's also got a picture from Kingdom Hearts in the top right... nobody's commented yet.

The famous dialogue from the 1st year's (7th graders) English textbook that all the JETs make fun of.
