There is a famous spot in the Ocean near Itsuwa. I forget why, but I think the water is heated or something and it attracts a ton of dolphins. I also remember hearing something similar about a spot near Florida attracting manatees.

The dolphins aren't afraid of people so they get really close to the boats.

They're very proud of their dolphins in Itsua, kinda like Goshoura is proud of their Dinosaurs.
